La Moussette is a house of about 190 m2.

It has a large terrace of 80 m2: this space hosts a lodge+ jacuzzi for 4 people which provides "water caresses to cuddle the body and relax the mind" (hydromassage and blower to revitalize the skin cells) and deckchairs to laze around. This spa is available all year round, even in the depths of winter.

There is also garden furniture and, if you like grilling, a large gas barbecue.

On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall, the large living room, a bedroom with a shower room, a laundry room and a separate toilet.

The large common room has a surface area of 60 m2 . It is equipped with a central kitchen to make meal preparation a convivial and pleasant moment (modern and functional equipment). The dining area is organised around a large farm table. Finally, in the living room, there is a "games buffet", two comfortable sofas and an Android television to watch series, matches or listen to music together.

The bedroom accommodates 2 people (bed 160 x 200) and its large bay window leads to the outdoor spa. It is equipped with a shower room (shower 140 x 90 and WC).

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a combined fridge-freezer and a clothes line suspended from the ceiling.

On the first floor, you arrive in a reading and working area (small desk, sofa, library). This space opens onto three bedrooms:

a room for 4 people (4 beds 90 x200);
a room for 3 people (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 190);
a room for 3 people (1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 220).

There is also a bathroom and a shower room:

the vanilla bathroom with bath and shower (90 x 120);
the blue bathroom (90 x 120) with shower and WC

There is also a separate toilet.

The property is enclosed and 4 vehicles can be parked in complete peace of mind.

Children can enjoy the trampoline. 

Pets are welcome, provided they are kept on a lead. There are animals on site (chickens) that you can feed.
